Booking policy
- Non-corporate client bookings are invoiced by email within 24 hours. Corporate clients are invoiced at the end of the project.
- For all non-corporate clients, a non-refundable 50% deposit is required 30 days before your session in order to confirm the booking.
- If your session is within the next 30 days, a deposit is required within 5 days upon receipt of invoice.
- For all non-corporate clients, no booking is confirmed unless your deposit has been received.
- By placing a booking, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to our General Terms & Conditions for studio hire.
How to pay
- Bank Transfer:
If paying by bank transfer, please use your invoice number as a reference where possible. You'll find our account details on your invoice.
- Credit / debit card:
We can take payment by card at the studio or over the telephone. Call us on +44 (0)1273 711 749.
- Cheque:
Please make cheques payable to "ALT Records Ltd" and send to our office address as listed on your invoice. Please ensure that your invoice number is written clearly on the reverse of the cheque.
- Cash:
If you wish to pay in cash, please contact us to arrange a time to drop off the cash at the studio.
